Wonderful Location and Helpful Staff

spacious room comfortable bed excellent food
I had a spacious room with a super comfortable bed. The water view from my room was beautiful! Breakfast was enjoyable with excellent food. I liked the salmon and Irish coffee. I also appreciated the clean Hardys bar. The evening music was a nice bonus.
The tiered tea arrived but refills were limited, and servers were not consistently visible.

dedicated staff special anniversary personal touch
The staff showed real dedication. They helped make our anniversary special. Lyndl and hayley organized a surprise in our room. Miki delivered prompt in-room dining. poorva in the restaurant was attentive and ensured we had a great time. eve at reception and the gentleman checking us in were informative and helpful. these personal touches elevated our stay.
I left my charger in the room after checking out and contacted the hotel. they reported it wasn't found. i felt sure it was still there and hoped they would look again, but i never received a follow-up call. it was a minor issue but left me slightly disappointed.

Adequate Stay.

cozy seating area excellent location broken tiles overpowering smell
The location is excellent. It is easily accessible from public transport, and it's in the centre of the town. The downstairs seating area was cosy and inviting. I found water in the fridge upon my arrival.
There was an overpowering smell of bleach as I came into the room! though the parking was expensive. The bathroom had several damaged parts. There were broken tiles. The sink was blocked.
